Cancellation Policy

L'essentiel reserves the right to cancel any training or workshop that does not include the minimum number of participants required. In this eventuality, we will notify the people registered as soon as possible and we will reimburse the full amount paid by the participant.

Cancellation before the start of the event
Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to the following address: [email protected]
If you cancel before the first day of the training, file management fees incurred will reduce the deposit which will be refunded to you. Note that all of these amounts are subject to sales taxes. Any additional amount already paid will be refunded to you. It is possible to carry over the amount already paid to a later training course offered by L’essentiel.

Cancellation during training
If you cancel your participation during the training, we will charge you for the training you have taken. We will also retain the lesser of 10% of the value of the remaining training or $ 50. Finally, we will invoice you for the costs of file management incurred. Note that all of these amounts are subject to sales taxes. If your training has been paid for in full, we will reimburse you, in proportion to the training days remaining to be given on the day of receipt of your cancellation as a deduction from the items listed above. Except in cases of force majeure, absences from training are billable. However, the student will be able to resume his missed day (s) during subsequent training.

Training manual and copyrights

A participants guide will be given at the beginning of training. Course notes are included in the price of the course. However, some book purchases will be recommended (at your expense). We remind you that any reproduction, printing or transmission in whole or in part of this delivered material is prohibited.
